Dealing with it

So, I came across a comic, in which a girl that was lonely and sad was taught how to make paper stars on a dream. She started making them whenever she felt sad or lost and she felt it helped.I tried doing the same and somehow I found it… Nice. Whenever I feel bad or stressed about something I start making paper stars and maybe because I get distracted, who knows, but it helps.
So, I leave this as a tip that might help someone else deal with a negative feeling of their own.
