Why not?

I like drawing. But due to a little thing called loneliness and depression I stopped. Which was awful considering I draw to feel good and doing it made me feel bad.Now, I finally started drawing again, and my wrist hurts. Apparently doing what I love is ruining the part I use to do it.
Oh… Why not? Less just throw more rock into the pile that is over my miserable life.

Sometimes things can seem that way huh   But I bet your wrist hurts because the muscles shrank from lack of use…

if you are lonely you might take some drawing classes or teach some or draw in the park or cafe

How about art therapy-you could. volunteer at a youth program or day care or nursing home

Think of a treat to award yourself when in some way you share your art!
